Benefits of understanding behavior

It takes different behavioral styles to cover all the positions on a team, but those differences can create challenges in working harmoniously together. Leadership has to learn how to bring the best parts of each behavioral style to the table so the team can learn to appreciate their differences and understand the strengths that each person has.
