Nature. Beauty. Gratitude.

As we race from activity to activity thinking about the next thing to be done and focused on the future, it is important to pause and reflect on the beauty of the moment.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

Today is not just another day in your life.  Approach the gift of today with an open heart and gratefulness,  “as if today was your very first day and the last day of your life.”  Open your eyes and appreciate the beauty of nature.  Take a moment to breathe in the air we too often take for granted.  Feel the world through all of your senses and share it with those you love.

At the end of the day, reflect on the blessings in your life because you noticed and set a daily intention that everyone you meet will be blessed by your presence.
